Returns for an exchange or store credit are eligible but only if the return is made within 14 days of purchase and in its packaging. 1. Open the bottom zipper and remove the bottom board before cleaning. The outer cover should be washed separately. Please note that the fiberboard at the bottom should not be soaked in water.
2. It is recommended to wash dark and light-colored products separately. Dark-colored products may initially shed some color, which is normal. Soaking in cold water with salt for about 30 minutes before washing 2-3 times can help.
