Sometimes, we don't want to wait to share our new products with you! To give a sneak peak (and let you buy it early), certain products are available to preorder before they are in stock at our warehouse. When you preorder a product, we'll ship it out to you 1–2 business days after it becomes available. We are unable to offer expedited shipping on preorder products at this time.

Each product is photographed with precise attention to detail, and the colours shown should accurately depict those of the product in question. However, it is possible that they may vary slightly from one screen to another, due to differing monitor display settings.

All items for sale on the unipats website are available, unless otherwise stated.

Purchases must be paid for via Paypal® or credit card. Please enter your credit card number, its expiry date and its card verification number at the checkout.

Our website automatically sets prices to the currency you usually browse with.

Orders placed on unipats.com are subject to the applicable state, local or country sales taxes. Your order confirmation will show the sales tax in the order total.

We offer shipping worldwide.

Free domestic shipping applied to purchases of $79+

International shipping costs will be calculated during checkout.

We will do our best to dispatch your order promptly after you have placed it, according to the delivery option you selected. Dispatch is within 3 business days of placing the order, subject to availability.

Once your package is delivered and you physically take possession of it, you become liable for any risks attached to your unipats products.

You (or any third party named by you) are responsible for checking that your order is correct and in perfect condition when it is delivered by the carrier.

If necessary, you should refuse the parcel or products concerned. Please cite your reasons for refusal, together with any defects, on the carrier’s delivery note in as much detail as possible (for example, 'parcel open', 'parcel or item(s) damaged/missing', 'incorrect order', etc.).

A tracking link will be provided in the email confirming shipment.

All delivery options and prices are specified in your cart, as well as on the checkout page, before payment. No delivery will be made by unipats if complete payment of the order is not possible.

Our standard shipping method is ground shipping. We will ship your order via any of the major carriers, including UPS and FedEx. We use DHL for all international orders.

Items must be returned within 14 days of purchase to qualify for an exchange to the same value or store credit (valid for one year from date of purchase). Unfortunately we cannot accept returns after this time.

Please return the item in its original, pristine condition and packaging. Please include the original receipt (or a copy if returning one item out of several purchased at the same time). To request this, simply contact support@unipats.com. Any exchange will be posted at your expense.

Please note that merchandise that has been altered, sale items, and markdown items are non-returnable.

It is valid for one year from date of purchase.

  • Protect the backpack from sharp objects to prevent scratches. Do not expose it to direct sunlight for extended periods or use a hairdryer on a hot setting to avoid damage. Keep the product away from oils and corrosive materials.
  • The backpack should be gently hand-washed only. Do not machine wash, bleach, iron, or dry clean. If there are any stains, use a soft-bristled brush or a towel to clean them. Allow the backpack to air dry in a well-ventilated area.
  • The backpack is sealed in airtight packaging for transport, which might lead to a slight odor due to lack of air circulation, a normal occurrence. If the smell bothers you, simply air out the backpack for a few days to dissipate the odor.
  • The backpack features a breathable mesh made of soft material, which can be damaged by sharp nails. Regularly trim your cat's nails to prevent tearing the mesh and to keep the backpack looking great.

Unipats cannot be held liable for breach of any of its obligations if the poor performance of the product is the result of an event of force majeure, or of the Customer's act or omission or of an unforeseeable and insurmountable act of a third party or an obstacle outside of unipats’s control that unipats could not reasonably foresee at the time when the sale was conducted into with the Customer and which consequences unipats cannot reasonably avoid or overcome.
