Gently hand washable; not suitable for machine wash, bleaching, ironing, or dry cleaning. For stains, clean with a soft bristle brush or towel and air dry in a ventilated area.
The breathable mesh of the backpack is made of soft material; sharp nails can tear the mesh, so regularly trim your pet's nails to avoid damage.
Backpacks are sealed and transported in a way that limits air circulation, which may produce a light odor; this is normal.

• Returns for an exchange or store credit are eligible but only if the return is made within 14 days of purchase and in its packaging. The item must also be in perfect condition without any wear or tear.
